Jouka Oy
Finnish-made ball valve solutions for hydrogen and the clean energy transition.
Jouka Oy is a Finnish manufacturer of high-quality, configurable ball valves for demanding industrial applications. Since 1957, we have developed and manufactured reliable valve solutions with a strong focus on quality, flexibility and customer-specific requirements. Our ball valve solutions support the transition towards cleaner energy systems and are suitable for applications involving hydrogen, methanol and ammonia, among others.
Jouka’s dedicated H2 ball valves are designed to meet the demanding requirements of hydrogen applications. High tightness, hydrogen-compatible materials, and safe operation are taken into account in the valve design. Our H2 valves are manufactured from stainless steel EN 1.4404 and certified according to ISO 15848-1 for Class A tightness.
Beyond hydrogen, our extensive selection of materials, seals and valve configurations enables us to provide solutions for demanding alternative fuel and chemical applications. Jouka valves can be configured according to the application and supplied as manually operated valves or complete automated valve assemblies.
Our own manufacturing and engineering in Ylöjärvi, Finland, enable us to respond flexibly to customer-specific requirements and develop valve solutions for emerging clean energy applications.
